We want you to be completely satisfied with your home design and gift purchases; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure these delicate design pieces arrive back safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
